Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.
Suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet (on the 6th Floor). Good breakfast if a bit shambolic, buffet style so everyone trying to help themselves at the same time, but staff very quick if anything was required.

I asked if I could view it and they showed me the footage, I was absolutely mortified and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake, I couldn’t believe I’d done it. They said can you see how it looks to us, to which I replied Yes and that I was so sorry. They called security to escort myself and my husband out of the Edimburgo casino casino! I’d like to thank them for kicking us out and not giving themselves the chance to win back the winnings we took home and for letting me get escorted out of the building at the grand age of 53 ...like a young Rebel and I’m not sorry for my potty mouth afterwards! I shall never step foot in one of their casinos again....they need to give their staff some training in customer service!

Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.
